Steps

- Activate Ghave's first ability by paying ({1} magic symbol) and removing a +1/+1 counter fromCryptic Trilobite, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
- The Saproling enters the battlefield, triggering Cathars' Crusade, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
- Activate Ghave's second ability by paying ({1} magic symbol) and sacrificing the Saproling token, putting a +1/+1 counter onCryptic Trilobite.
- Activate Cryptic Trilobite's first ability by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding ({C} magic symbol) ({C} magic symbol) .
- Activate Ghave's first ability by paying ({1} magic symbol) and removing a +1/+1 counter from any creature you control, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
- Repeat from step 3.
